The Tenderfoot Trail is located on the southwestern boundary of the Highlands Point trail system. The land to the southwest of Tenderfoot is owned by the Highlands Ranch Community Association, but it's off-limits to unsupervised residents.

Tenderfoot is a gently sloping, open trail, so mountain bikers can get up some speed on the downhill leg. Watch for cowpies - the cattle are supposed to stay on their side of the fence, but, as the saying goes, the grass is greener...

Tenderfoot begins at the Intersection of Bucksnort and Longhorn Ledge, and continues down to Outlaw.
