Karl Kelman's VehiclesThe Silver Wing was a water-cooled transverse V-twin - a baby version of the famed Honda Gold Wing. It was sort of fun, but actually somewhat inferior to the 500-4 I'd owned earlier. It didn't have the smoothness of the four-cylinder bike. I drove it from Vail, Colorado, to Phoenix, Arizona once, non-stop. It wasn't a good road bike for that length of trip.
