Karl Kelman's VehiclesThe last of Karl's dirt bikes - a regular motorcycle, this thing probably had about 10 horsepower and would probably run over 50 MPH. And, it could pull a sled or a snow cone REALLY fast on snow, resulting in great fun, until, predictably, someone got hurt. Which was even better fun for the spectators. Too bad that cheap video cameras and TV shows like "America's Biggest Idiots Caught on Tape" hadn't been invented in the early 1970s Much better handling, due to it's larger wheels and longer wheelbase, than the deadly little Kawa 75cc minibike. I never recall a memorable crash with it - I may have gained a little wisdom from separating from the minibikes previously owned at speed, or simply had more respect for the greater potential for damage from the increased speed and bulk of a real motorcycle. The exact vintage of this bike is lost in the mists of time. I'm pretty sure that it was a 120cc; that's all that I really remember.
