The Highlands Ranch Community Association Backcountry is comprised of two separate areas:
Wildcat Mountain and
Highlands Point. These areas are at an elevation between 5,600 and 6,300 feet, located to the
south and southeast of Highlands Ranch. The Backcountry includes an extensive trail system for hiking, trail running, and mountain biking.
