Holy Cat Bumps:
Moguls on Holy Cat on April 27, 2009

Holy Cat is a very short advanced mogul run between Cat's Meow and Busy Gully. Average snow quality is fairly good Holy Cat, although a few rocks will commonly appear on the upper section of the run. The lower section is well-shaded by a it's north face and tall trees on both sides of the trail. The run, although fairly steep, is short enough that I've seen really strong skiers straight line the bottom two-thirds of the run. This is not recommeded, however, because Holy Cat's cat track wide runout is shared with Busy Gully and several other runs feeding into Busy Gully. Busy Gully and Zoom as well.

Holy Cat's moguls are mild - no sharp edges and deep troughs. Holy Cat is fun run you wish was more than a half dozen turns.

Skiing and Snowboarding are an inherently dangerous sports, even on runs like Holy Cat, and you could get an owie. Be careful. Look at the official Loveland Trail Map, follow ski patrol instructions (except in the bar after the lifts close), and observe closed areas (every time you pass one, yell: "Look! There's a closed area!") at Loveland Basin. Be safe out there!
